Early April is when we start to see the rhubarb breaking through the ground. Soon we will be enjoying one of spring’s best pairings: Strawberries and Rhubarb. We combine sweet flavorful strawberries with tart rhubarb to capture a taste that is not overly sweet and maintains the tartness of the rhubarb. Many of our customers say the jam tastes just like a Strawberry Rhubarb pie! It makes the best PB&J especially when you use a bakery fresh crusty sour dough bread!
